We are a slave when our parents register our live birth. A birth certificate. From then on, we have to get permits and licenses from the Government for whatever freedom we want to enjoy. We are also in debt right away - Social Insurance or Social Security. These facts is presented in this video entitled "Slavery By Consent". Well, the video length is 1:24:39. Why not watch it for free than going to the cinema today...

All of these videos are about American Revolution today or in the near future. But they are talking about different American Revolutions. Some about Rights. Some about Financial. Some about Identity. Some about Culture. Some about Politics. You can see, we the American people has a lot of problems right now that will need to be resolved for us to continue what our Founding Father started. As most of blogs here are about Individual Liberty which were lost by Real Americans when the liberty tramplers succeeded on legislating new laws that are unconstitutional and oppressive. I support all individual liberties and here is a partial list.
My American Revolution is about Individual Liberty. What is yours? I am actually calling all Liberty and Freedom advocates to follow the course of actions needed to pursue our rights. Thomas Jefferson on Declaration of Independence Rough Draft June 1776: "We hold these Truths to be self-evident: that all Men are created equal; that they are endowed by their creator with inherent and certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, & the pursuit of happiness: that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, & to institute new government, laying it’s foundation on such principles, & organizing it’s powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety & happiness." (read more) We thought that the United States of America or any United Nations country states will automatically give its citizens liberty and freedom but they do not. We are hampered by laws (liberty trampling, complex, half-hearted and full of loopholes) that were:
Although United States of America have tried to protect against these since its founding and institutionalized: which did not serve their purposes in reality. We have laws against individual freedom and these are unconstitutional. Individual freedom is the right to do whatever an individual wanted to, of course, without directly affecting another individual or entity. So the far-right liberty tramplers will insists that anyone’s action is always directly affecting the society, environment, and even the individual itself. So we need to be protected against ourselves. This is ridiculous at best. I really think there are precedents (yes, I might sound like a lawyer on using law terms) on law makers awakening to the reality.
These taboos, of the society we are living within where liberty is not the priority but traditions and customs; were overcome by equal rights activists through legislation, group action, and just plain personal action.
The only point I want to make is that laws are made to be broken. These laws are written by law makers that are trying to be popular to both the far-right and the common society. It will be easier if law makers will write laws that are not complex. Complex laws leave a lot of loopholes where anyone can exploit sometimes for the good of the society and the individuals. But most of the times it is exploited by those on the far-right to trample common man’s individual rights. I actually think that law schools are not needed at all. I do not think of lawyers as an ideal model of integrity nor of common sense. They ought to be eradicated as an academe and profession. If you are a young person and thinking of a profession, my suggestion is anything but law. I will leave you with these two facts where I have first hand experience:
I hope the revolutionaries of today in you will fight for LIBERTY and FREEDOM for all of our individual rights. Note: Human trafficking and child abuse are against an individual. But prostitution, polygamy, child bride are not against an individual. A child at 2-3 years of age already know when someone abuse or molest them. And they also know who they like to be private with at 7 years of age. Recently, somewhere in Texas, the polygamous group won the case in court after government agents took some of their kids for alleged child abuse and maybe because of practice of polygamy. It is sad to say Waco nowadays. We do not think about the place but think about the incident that broke loss after government agents alleged and served warrants against polygamous group which resulted in a big fire consuming the group – adults and children. |
